In reply to Johnny D.. The wine is sourced from Dassault's own wineyard Chateau Dassault. The catering is provided from the local catering. There is no such thing as Dassault catering. I do not have enough knowledge to answer the last Q but will forward to Dassault.

Thank you for this remarkably interesting flight report. Your reports on business jet travel are especially enjoyable, even more so given how this market is rapidly growing despite the economic situation in many countries.

The following was, however, not entirely clear for me: since you mentioned the meal with Dassault’s own wine, does it mean that the Falcon comes with catering services at major biz-jet airports? Or, if this was pre-arranged by the travelling party, what would be the approximate quote for catering such as this? Finally, have you been told by the representatives of Dassault you travelled with, what measures were taken in the design of this T-tail plane against possible flat spin at angles of attack above the critical, which is very relevant for markets where severe thunderstorms and gusts are common?
