Complete a gym build out in one, easy step. The Deluxe Instant Gym is the most efficient training apparatus available. It includes not one, but two 16’ floor rings (each measuring 12’ inside the ropes) and space to hang an unbelievable eighteen bags. It is durably constructed of strong 2”x 4” square tubing and 2 ½” ring posts that securely bolt to the floor. The entire unit requires 16’ x 32’ of space. Bags and flooring sold separately.
