How do I place an online or phone order?
Orders can be placed online or by calling our friendly, knowledgeable customer service department at 1.877.426.9464.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is expected when the order is placed. You can mail in a check or money order, but we ask that you place your order with Customer Service at 1.877.426.9464. Your order will not be shipped until the check clears the issuing bank. We also accept Future Pay, see below for more information. We do not accept PayPay or C.O.D. orders.

When placing your order, be sure to select the SUBMIT button once. Multiple clicks may result in multiple charges to your card.

If you believe you are due a refund for a cancelled/declined order please check your statement and determine whether you have a PENDING authorization, or a CAPTURED transaction.  If it's pending you'll need to contact your bank/card company, if it's captured contact us directly with proof of the captured funds to receive a refund.

Please call 1.877.426.9464 or use our live chat, located in the bottom right corner of your screen, immediately if you are needing to alter an order.  Emails can take up to 24hrs to receive a response; therefore the order may be shipped before its read.

We do everything we can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing. If an order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel or make changes.

Gateway error means authorize.net (our online payment system) didn't respond with a credit card approval for payment.

This could be due to a variety of reasons, the credit card number is not correct, your card was declined due to insufficient funds, your address didn't match billing address, etc. Please read the error to determine the problem.

All orders are subject to our verification process for accuracy and payment validation authorization. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or telephone to request additional information. In order to protect against fraudulent activity, we must verify the bill-to and ship-to address. When placing your order, please be certain to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card's issuing bank has on file). Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time, and possible order cancelation without prior notice.

For International Orders we will require you to email a copy of the front and back of the credit card used, and valid driver's license for any order containing an International address. This is to ensure that the card is physically in your possession, and to reduce fraud. Please email the aforementioned to Customer Service for approval. All orders are subject to hold or cancellation if a response is not received within 2 weeks.

When will my credit/debit card be charged?
When your order is placed our bank puts a hold on your funds in the amount of your order. However, it doesn't capture those funds until the item is shipped. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is expected when the order is placed.

Am I charged sales tax?
We charge local sales tax for all orders where sales tax is required. The tax rate will be determined based on your ship-to location. The rate will be reflected in your shopping cart. If you have questions about whether your state requires sales tax, please email Customer Service.

If you're an approved reseller we require a Resale Exemption Certificate from your state. You will need to place your order via phone at 1.877.426.9464.

How do I track my order?
You can log into My Account and see the status of your order under My Orders. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email, to the email address you provided, with all your order tracking information.

What is a back order?
A back order is when one or more of the items you ordered are temporary out-of-stock. You will be alerted to this status in your shopping cart and again, after the order was placed, via email. Please note that we do not ship partial International orders, which means your entire order will ship when the back order item(s) become available for shipping.

How do I cancel my order?
Please call 1.877.426.9464 or use live chat immediately if you need to alter an order.  Emails can take up to 24-hours to receive a response, therefore the order may be shipped before it's read. How do I return an item?

Please note: The cost to ship a return and/or exchange item is the responsibility of the buyer, unless it is a manufacture's defect. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on mouthguards.

Return and Exchange Policy
It is simple to return or exchange your item.

Please contact us by calling 1.877.426.9464 or email Customer Service to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (which must accompany all returns and exchanges).

Please note: the cost to ship a return and/or exchange item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Return and Exchange Policy Details

  • Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 120 days of purchase.
  • All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used, unless being returned due to manufacturing defect. We reserves the right to decline a return request on opened and/or used.
  • The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us prior to any refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return. Place/write the RMA Number on the outside of the box.
  • For exchange requests, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with product return. We will pay cost for shipping of the replacement merchandise.
  • We recommend that customer obtain, from your shipper, tracking numbers on returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be processed without an RMA Number. You may request a RMA Number via email Customer Service or by calling 1.877.426.9464.

What is your satisfaction guaranteed policy?
We get it, sometimes the item doesn't fit, you decide you don't like the color, or you just change your mind. And, sometimes a product just breaks under normal use conditions. Because we understand, you may return or exchange any item purchased from us for a refund or exchange for any reason within 120 days.

If you're returning due to color, size, or change your mind the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
If you are returning to manufactures defect the original packaging is not required.
We're sorry but there will be no credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 120 days after purchase.

What is California Proposition 65?
California Proposition 65 (Prop 65) is a California law that requires the state to keep a list of chemicals that the State of California has identified may cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive toxicity. We may ship anywhere in the world, just select International shipping option at checkout. The International shipping charge listed does NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. Do you ship to APO-FPO?
Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent insured (up to $50) Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via e-mail if items ordered are not consistent with the United States Postal Service size and weight regulations. Heavy item restriction - The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only carrier that delivers to APO-FPO addresses. USPS has a weight restriction of 70 lbs., therefore items over 70 lbs. cannot be shipped to APO-FPO addresses.

How long does it take to customize an item?
All custom orders ship from Ringside within 10 business days (excluding holidays) of receipt of full payment for the order. Those involving screen printing or embroidery are shipped within 15 business days (excluding holidays). Please contact us for a time frame on multi-item orders.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Sorry, we do not have the ability to send orders with a gift receipt.

Do you gift wrap?

The calculation for a BOGO Discount works by sorting the items in the cart by price from highest to lowest. Then each 2nd highest priced product from the list is discounted.

Example:

You agree to consult with your personal physician before participating in any of these high-risk activities. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By buying, using, providing, or allowing the use of Combat Sports International and Ringside products, you understand and agree that boxing, martial arts, mixed martial arts, yoga, fitness, weight training, kick-boxing, and demonstration are high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT of Combat Sports International or Ringside including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of Combat Sports International. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Co.mbat Sports International harmless from any third party claims arising from such High Risk Activities or any other Combat Sports International product.

DUTY OF COACHES, TRAINERS, GYMS TO INFORM OTHERS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before you allow others to use a Combat Sports International and/or Ringside product you agree that (a) you will require that they (or their legal guardian if they are minors) read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale or Use, (b) you believe they (or their guardian) understand that they are participating in a high-risk activity and assume the risk of death or other personal injury, and (c) you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Combat Sports International harmless from any claims made by them arising from their use of Combat Sports International and/or Ringside products.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
As set forth above under the limited warranty provisions, Combat Sports International's and/or Ringside liability is limited to repair or replacement of its products which are returned to it prepaid in the specified period of time. In no event shall Combat Sports International's liability exceed the value of the products sold. Combat Sports International and/or Ringside shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of any product sold through its websites, catalogs, or otherwise, including but not limited to its retail showroom or tournaments. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability of special or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to your purchase, but it is intended to be the maximum limitation as permitted by law.

WARNING
Use and misuse of products sold through Combat Sports International's and/or Ringside's websites, catalogs, or otherwise, including but not limited to its retail showroom or tournaments, involves serious risks including injury, disability and death. Purchasers, users and participants assume all risk of injury. Combat Sports International and/or Ringside cannot and will not be responsible for the misuse or unauthorized and improper use of products sold through Combat Sports International's and/or Ringside's websites, catalogs, or otherwise, including but not limited to its retail showroom or tournaments.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Product descriptions, typographic, pricing and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. We regret, but are not liable for such errors. Combat Sports International and Ringside reserves the right to reject any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. If you discover an error in our website or catalog, please let us know.

APPLICABLE LAW AND ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES
Your order from Combat Sports International and/or Ringside shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Kansas, U.S. If the amount in controversy does not exceed the amount allowed in the Small Claims Division of the District Court in Johnson County Kansas, you agree that Court has jurisdiction and venue, and you agree to resolve the dispute in that Court. You agree that any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to the purchase of goods from Combat Sports International and/or Ringside exceeding the amount allowed in the Small Claims Division shall be resolved exclusively and finally by arbitration subject to the provisions of the Uniform Arbitration Act as enacted in Kansas Statutes Chapter 5, Article 4. Such arbitration shall occur in Johnson County Kansas before a sole arbitrator. Any award rendered in any such arbitration proceeding shall be final and binding on each of the parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in a court of competent jurisdiction. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the purchase of Combat Sports International and/or Ringside products or any other claim related to the use of products sold through its websites, catalogs, or otherwise, including but not limited to its retail showroom or tournaments, must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Combat Sports International's and/or Ringside's failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions.

NOTICE OF DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
The terms and conditions of all sales by Combat Sports International provide that all disputes between you and Combat Sports International and/or Ringside will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. You GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under this contract except for matters that may be taken to THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT OF JOHNSON COUNTY, KANSAS. Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury. You are entitled to a FAIR HEARING, BUT the arbitration procedures are SIMPLER AND MORE LIMITED THAN RULES APPLICABLE IN COURT.
